Delete your account

You can delete your eBarangayMo resident account at any time, in the Android app or on this website. It takes effect right away.

How to delete it

Sign in to the eBarangayMo app or to this website.
Open Profile.
Tap Delete my account, enter your password, and tap Delete permanently.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account (email and password).
Your name, birth date, address, mobile number and ID photo.
Files you uploaded, your chats with the barangay, and your alerts.
The details of your requests and reports.

What is kept

Your barangay keeps a record that a document was requested or issued (type, reference number, date, fee and status) without your personal details, because the law requires it. Payment records are kept for accounting, also without your personal details.

Can’t sign in?

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen first. If that does not work, email support@ebarangaymo.com from the email address of your account, or ask at your barangay hall. We will confirm it is you before deleting the account.
